For the past couple days it's been very cloudy out.. yesterday it was super foggy... like you can't see 6 feet ahead of you foggy. I am proud of myself though, I did my 2 miles each day, even though I got pretty soaked yesterday from the super-dense fog.
What's kind of weird is the fact that I actually like it. I've always kinda liked the rain, and growing up in the Midwest, I saw a lot of it. The breeze helps to cool me down, and I don't know.. there's just something relaxing about grey skies.
Meanwhile I have been compulsively checking the scale. We actually just got our scale Monday night.. and since then I've been a little obsessed with it. I check it in the morning, after working out.. practically every time I go into the bathroom.. I don't think it's healthy and probably not too accurate since your body weight fluctuates so much during the day. My new goal is to simply just weigh myself once a week on Monday mornings.
